"I ordered the Wedge and Ramp, and I absolutely love them. It was easy, fast and efficient. After receiving my shipment (in less time than it said it would take), I was delighted to learn that they came with a carrying case/cover. I was also pleased that there was a coupon inside for $20 off of the Stage. I went to order online but had a few questions, so I stopped and called customer service. The woman who helped me was amazing. She was really friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions. She even suggested I check out the new extreme line (Black Label) and told me about the conversion kits that are available. I looked online while we were talking and could not find them so she took the time to tell me all about them. Without getting too graphic, she told me that she owned a full set and was able to share some very detailed info about how much fun the new line could be. As a result, I also purchased the conversion kit for the Stage. Give her a gold star. She's the best. It's employees like her that make the order process a joy. I do a lot of phone and online ordering, and I seldom get an operator so helpful. Thanks for your wonderful products."
